In addition to providing valuable training and knowledge-sharing platforms such as PETS, DTTS, and DTA, our Club Administration Committee has been actively engaged in various noteworthy activities, contributing to the improvement and efficiency of Rotary clubs within the district.

Highlights of Our Committee's Activities:

1. Club Admin Seminar Success: Our committee successfully organized a Club Admin Seminar, attracting a significant number of participating clubs. The seminar featured a well-structured training module, allowing clubs to benefit from our comprehensive insights.
2. Club Admin Manual Update: A new version of the Club Admin manual was meticulously modified and released. This updated manual incorporated new topics as suggested by clubs, ensuring its relevance and usefulness.
3. Speaker Database Initiative: We compiled a comprehensive list of speakers, including details such as subjects of expertise, contact numbers, and expected fees. This information was promptly made available to club leadership, facilitating efficient planning for the current Rotary year.
4. Annual Meeting Planner Competition: To encourage proactive planning, we initiated a competition urging clubs to create their Annual Weekly Meeting Planner before the commencement of the Rotary year 2023-24. The response was impressive, with 35 clubs participating, resulting in the completion of their entire year's calendar before July 1, 2023.
5. Ongoing Write-Ups: Regular write-ups focusing on various aspects of club administration are being released at intervals. This initiative aims to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the remaining part of the year.

Future Plans:

1. Trust Seminar (Online): We plan to conduct an online Trust Seminar, addressing relevant topics to enhance the understanding and management of trusts within Rotary clubs.
2. FAQs Preparation: Our committee aims to prepare a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) list, addressing common queries and providing clarity on administrative processes.
3. Bulletin Felicitation: In the upcoming period, we intend to recognize and felicitate clubs with the best bulletins, encouraging excellence in communication and information dissemination.
