In the week of World Mental Health Day, on 5th Oct 2024, Rotary Club Pune Westside connected with and guided the youth of Fergusson College towards proactively building emotional health. The workshop offered them insights about positive thought process and a hands-on meditation session. The students were led to introspection which was evident by their enthusiastic response in QA session. Total no. of 120 students of Jr College participated in this workshop.
