After a brief snacks break, the program resumed with a session on Leadership Skills by Rtn. Jignesh Pandya. He shared inspiring examples, such as Captain Sully’s remarkable landing of an aircraft on the Hudson River and the survival strategies of the Thai cave rescue team, emphasizing creative problem-solving as a hallmark of great leadership.

This was followed by Ms. Neha Parmar’s session on Communication Skills, where she used games and practical examples to demonstrate the importance of clear speaking, active listening, and confident body language in effective communication.

Post-lunch, the participants enjoyed an energetic dance therapy session led by Ms. Sindes Jabore, bringing fun and relaxation to the day. Rtn. Sareeka Rode then gave an informative talk on the Rotary Youth Exchange Program, outlining its details and benefits.
