Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar Adopts Gaushala in a Heartwarming Gudi Padwa Celebration Back

The Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar marked Gudi Padwa with a heartwarming initiative by adopting a Gaushala from Vasundhara Foundation, emphasizing their commitment to animal welfare. The event, inaugurated by IPDG Rtn. Dr. Anil Parmar, saw enthusiastic participation from Rotary Club members, including Rtn. Reshma Kurup, President of Rotary Club of Patalganga and Rtn. Dr. Jay Bhandarkar, President of Rotary Club of Industrial Town, alongside members of the Vasundhara Foundation.

This initiative, spearheaded by IPP Rtn. Mukund Choudhari, underscores the club's dedication to the well-being of animals, making them the first Rotary Club to undertake such a meaningful project. The adoption of the Gaushala signifies a new chapter in the club's service efforts, focusing on providing care and shelter to stray and abandoned cattle.

By supporting the Gaushala, the Rotary Club aims to improve living conditions for the animals and raise awareness about the importance of animal welfare within the community. This act of kindness and responsibility reflects the true spirit of Gudi Padwa, fostering a sense of compassion and community service.
