On 20th October The Public image seminar was hosted  by the Rotary Club Pune Far East.

It was a unique thing that Service Project Seminar and  Public Image Seminar were jointly hosted by RC Pune Pride and RC Pune Far East.

The synergy between the two clubs was evident and they worked in tandem to make the organization a grand success. This was a true exhibition of “EXTRA COVER”.

The objective of the public image seminar was to showcase the expert panelist’s views. The panelist views provided insights to the Rotarians to work on building  a strong public image. The objective from hereon would be to work on building image for Rotary to be recognized as an organization with PURPOSE.

Branding the Brand:

The introduction of the panelist was done by Rtn.Ms. Sonali Chaubal and Rtn. Ms. Sheetal Arjunwadkar:

1. Mr. Sudhanshu Tripathy – Chief Marketing Officer,

Quick Heal Technologies – A Reputed Cyber Security Solution Company with a large consumer reach nationally and internationally.

2. Mr. Partha Guha – Co founder and Director.

Elephant Design – A renowned branding company with 35 years of experience in product branding and designing solutions.

3. Mr. Omkar Jadhav – content writer, director, actor, podcaster and YouTuber. .

Rtn Prasad Ganpule introduced the panelists and kickstarted the discussion on Branding the Brand (Public Image building) by seeking answers on the critical queries on Building Brands.

Discussion Details :-

Sudhanshu Tripathy - an alumni of IIM – A and ISB, observed that for the existence and growth of 30 year old company (Quick Heal) it was important to follow the principles of

1. Innovate,
2. Simplify and
3. Secure.

Partha Guha - an alumni of National Institute of Design, had a very pragmatic approach towards designing Brands. Partha Guha believes in owning a believable communication strategy.The deep knowledge and understanding of several aspects of life based on human behaviors was one of the k b of ensuring that everyone present in the audience was intellectually engaged. For Rotary too, there is a need to be recognized as an organization which is tirelessly working towards public good and social causes. Hence, for Rotarians Public Image Building is required and a concerted effort should be made towards that cause.
