Annual “Generosity Fest” – 31st August,2024- Approach of Rotary Club of Pune Central Raising Funds for Charity**

The "Spirit of Giving" an annual “generosity Fest” in every Rotary Year is an innovative initiative designed by Rotary Club of Pune Central (to raise funds for their charity projects) in a way that is as meaningful as it is impactful. Unlike traditional fundraising methods, this program engages our member community in a series of unique activities and events that not only generate financial support but also foster a deeper connection to the causes we serve.

Through creative campaigns such as themed auctions, charity challenges, and community-driven events, the "Spirit of Giving" taps into the generosity and enthusiasm of club members and supporters. Each activity is designed to be inclusive, allowing everyone to contribute in their own way, whether by donating time, resources, or simply spreading the word.

What sets the "Spirit of Giving" apart is its focus on creating an experience that resonates with both donors and beneficiaries. It's not just about raising funds—it's about building a spirit of collective giving, where every contribution, big or small, is a step towards making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Over the years this program has already garnered tremendous support, with members expressing a deep sense of fulfillment in being part of something larger than themselves. As RCPC continue to roll out new activities under the "Spirit of Giving" banner, they look forward to touch more lives and make an even greater impact in the community.

During 45 minutes of Generosity Fest, RCPC is able get commitment of INR 12 Million (Rs.1.20 Crores) from members for the social impact projects to be executed in Rotary Year 2024-25

Members contributes Rs. 10,000/- upwards up to Rs.20.00 lacs for their choice of humanitarian projects. Each members gets personally involved in overseeing & implementation project. The Projects consist of all Rotary International & District thrust areas such as Cataract Surgery, Blood Donation Camp, Anemia testing, Eye Camp, E-Learning, Congenital Heart Disease(CHD), Tribute to War heroes, Reforestation, Dam Reaping and Rotary Community Coro, RYLA, and MANY MORE…..
