Club Information -
One of the hallmark initiatives of the club is the “MAHADAAN” project. This signature project invites people to contribute food grains, good to wear gently used clothing, and cash donations.Another proud initiative is SAINIK FARAL, where each year the club sends Diwali treats to our soldiers stationed on the border. Additionally, they have organized a NATIONAL-LEVEL CHESS COMPETITION FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS.
The club supports the handicapped with “Artificial limbs and calipers”
In the field of education, the club has implemented the HAPPY SCHOOLS initiative, equipping schools with digital support, arranged lectures on diverse topics, conducted some tests e.g. Aptitude test for career guidance.Global grants were harnessed by the club for Laproscopes, C Arm Machine, Portable X-ray machine for the Paediatric as well as Neo Natal Ward of Sassoon Hospital over the past several years. Club also engage in cultural activities, such as the JAGATIK MARATHI EKANKIKA SPARDHA and MARATHI KAVITA RECITATION FOR NRI CHILDREN.
In current year 2024-25 the club will organise “Rotary Marathi Sahitya Sammelan”
